Thot's Thought's: Bad Christmas Movies

My favorite time part of December is watching extremely cheesy christmas movies with justin and riffing on it the whole time. As I type this we are watching A Cinderella Christmas, which is as bad as you imagine it might be.

Here are some random notes I took while watching a literal remake of the cinderella tale but at christmas:

"you know the stockings have always been my favorite part. You never know what you are going to get.

"It can have candy, toys, jewelry!"

- a cinderella christmas

They keep calling the ball they go to as "christmasquerade" like it's a normal, logical word to call a party and it pains me to hear it.

Anyway, they have known each other for a total of one slow song and are already talking about marriage, the dude has said, twice now, that the main gal is "his prize" uncomfy!

"the unknown is where everything you don't have, lives"

- a cinderella chirstmas

The stakes don't matter in this movie at all. Cinderella here has a business with the evil stepsister who threatens cindy with pushing her out of their business if she dares going to the - gah - christmasqurade, as there is a super duper wealthy guy ( the prince in this story) the evil stepsister wants to marry. Cindy doesn't want to lose her business as she loves it so much, but...If the "downside" of this scenario is falling in love with a hit millionaire and losing a small business? Um, I'll take the L here. After all, Cindy can literally start tons of businesses with more funding, advertising, built in clout as being the wife of a popular playboy millionaire.

Cindy thinks going to a hot pepper eating contest and having a tee shirt from it as having a "great sense of humor" and I have never felt more pity for a fictional girl, please look at a meme. Any meme.

There is some grade A gaslighting in this one. Anyway this one is wild. Watch with caution.
